The extensive services provided included the complete demolition of the existing building and the evaluation of various construction methods and materials. Once an extensive series of value engineering exercises were completed, Clobracon built a complete new 3 story wood-frame building, complete with a full concrete basement, ground-level retail space, and 4 high-end residential “loft”-type apartments.
