Clobracon converted a former commercial/industrial building located in the heart of downtown Montreal into 16 new residential loft-style apartment. This involved the complete replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems, the structural rehabilitation of the existing concrete structure, retro-fit installation of a new elevator, and the interior construction of the new apartments and common areas.
