The Ceridian offices project consisted of the interior tenant fit up of 33,000 sf. The offices are housed within a highly secured building. Clobracon was involved in a value engineering exercise resulting in substantial savings. We worked in a partnership with the designer and Owner to find solutions and alternatives in order to deliver the space within a very short delay.
