An existing industrial building was completely gutted and the interior was re-built by Clobracon in order to house a large-format printing plant. Reworking of the exterior façade of the new building, the construction of new offices, and the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems for the printing equipment was completed within very tight delays.
Clobracon provided complete project management services for this project, which included the procurement and management of all architectural and engineering design, as well as materials testing.
