This commercial building situated in Montreal’s Chinatown occupies 19 000 square feet with 4 floors above ground and one level of basement.The natural stone blocks make it blend in perfectly with its surroundings. Clobracon overcame the challeges of building in a very high density area with no space on site. A retaining wall was needed all around plus the underpinning of the adjacent building.
