The exterior building envelope of this existing 12-storey hotel was completely replaced, from the exterior to the interior of the building. All existing exterior walls, including windows, insulation and membranes, and structural support lintels were removed and replaced in an extremely complicated phased process, and a new exterior brick facing was installed.
