Location Gervais

Clobracon completely gutted and renovated an existing industrial building in order to provide the new facilities for a party materials rental firm. The extensive renovation work to the 45,000 sf warehouse included the installation of new electrical services and lighting, a new sprinkler system to accommodate the large quantities of storage racking, the restoration of the existing concrete slab, as well modifications to the heating and ventilation system. 8, 000 sf of new office space was constructed along with a new showroom. Furthermore, the existing roofing of the entire building was replaced during the late winter months. The project was completed within extremely tight delays in order to accommodate the Client’s moving date from their existing facility.
