Clobracon managed the different phases involved in planning and building out 113,000 s.f. of industrial manufacturing and warehousing space. The project consisted of Clobracon recommending and hiring consultants to work on the project.  We then led the planning phase by setting the timeline and ensuring the client’s needs were met.  The large industrial space was transformed to allow for production, warehousing and distribution of apparel.  We worked closely with the process consultants to ensure the efficient use of space and resources. The extensive work included the complete replacement  of mechanical and electrical systems, replacement of the existing roof, construction of new loading docks, extensive slab repair work, and construction of new office space.
