Michael’s – Greenfield Park (Longueuil)

An existing portion of a shopping center was converted into a new location for Michael’s, North America’s leading retailer of arts and crafts supplies. Extensive structural, mechanical, and electrical modifications were required to the building in order to accommodate the particular needs of the retailer, all completed on-budget and within very tight delays.
