This extremely complex project required Clobracon to convert a decommissioned swimming pool into office space, located within a 2-storey glass atrium on the 12th floor of a downtown office building. Clobracon closed up the pool with a new steel structure, added a new floor within the atrium, and replaced the exterior envelope of the 12th and 13th floors – all to create new office space for a rapidly growing software company. Meticulous planning and attention to detail was required due to extensive asbestos abatement, severely limited access, and the presence of other tenants immediately adjacent to the work site.
