The project consisted of a new 14,000 sf industrial building expansion, 30’ clear height. A partial decontamination of the existing site was required prior to the start of the project. The structural concrete floor slab is supported on a concrete pile foundation. Heating is supplied by a geothermal system, supplying radiant floor heating within the concrete slab on the ground floor and mezzanine level.
