Clobracon demolished a portion of an existing commercial strip mall located in the west end of Ottawa and constructed a new stand-alone 10,000 sf multi-tenant commercial building.
Some challenges overcome by Clobracon included the re-routing of existing water, sewer, gas, and high-voltage electrical utilities, extreme cold winter conditions, and maintaining of full-time truck access to the remainder of the existing strip mall at all times during the construction period.
