The construction of a new 3-storey above-ground + 1 storey below-grade involved an extremely complicated process of dismantling of the previous buildings while retaining the former roof and façade structure, and excavating 20’ down into solid rock for the new basement. Clobracon oversaw the design team as well as the construction team and was instrumental in the development of the complicated construction sequencing required for this job, located in an extremely dense urban setting.
