Le Sommet Décarie

This residential development is  comprised of 80 apartment units housed in a new building built right on Decarie  boulevard.  Clobracon’s involvement includes all initial planning,  managing the plan preparation, permit applications, review of drawings, tendering and  construction.  Clobracon  performed a value engineering exercise in order to save costs throughout the process.  Clobracon was also instrumental in pushing through the municipal  permitting process.
