Clobracon separated a building to house two tenants. The work entailed the interior fit out of 40,000 sf for Marshalls as well as, the renovation of the exterior envelope. The exterior work included corrections to the proper waterproofing and drainage of the acrylic and masonry envelope of the building. Clobracon coordinated all of the fixturing, cabling, millwork and signage for the client.
