The major renovation work carefully completed by Clobracon involved the complete reconstruction of the waiting area of the service department, the renovation of the ‘Smart Car’ showroom, and the construction of new administrative space in the basement of the dealership. The meticulous level of high quality finishes is compatible with the degree of luxury one would expect to find in a Mercedes-Benz vehicle – all floors are in granite or wood, and extensive usage of plaster moldings was used throughout the administrative spaces.
The construction required an extremely close degree of collaboration and coordination with the client, since the dealer’s activities were never interrupted during the entire construction period.
