An existing 5,500 sf warehouse and existing 3,600 sf restaurant was completely renovated and transformed into a new restaurant and bar complex with a seating capacity of 350 customers. The work included the construction of the new commercial kitchen, new mechanical and electrical systems, and all built-in cabinetry and furniture.
